1 10 oz. pkg grape tomatoes halved
1 lg cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2 moons
1-2 Tbsp. minced dill
Juice of 1 small lemon
2 Tbsp Cabernet Sauvignon Jam
Add the first three ingredients and toss to combine. Whisk lemon juice and jam, and toss with veggies. Chill for 1 hour, and season with salt and pepper just before serving. Makes about 3 servings.
