
2 ¼ lbs ground beef chuck
2 garlic cloves minced
1 jar of Emily G’s Tipsy Onion
Dash or two of Worcestershire
6 crusty rolls
Sliced tomato
Leaf lettuce
Cooked bacon slices
Mix in 1/3 cup of Emily G’s Tipsy Onion, garlic, salt and pepper to the ground beef. Divide into six equal portions, then pat each portion into a patty. Grill the burgers turning once until cooked to your liking. Place the buns on the grill until toasted. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, bacon and then top with Emily G’s Tipsy Onion. Enjoy!
