1 head of califlower
1/2 cup Emily G'sTipsy Onion and Garlic Jam
2 T butter
1T olive oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Cut up Califlower and place on a pan. Drizzle with olive oil and roast at 350 for about 20 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly and place califlower in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until the constancy of mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
