TASTE THE LOVE

MANGO TANGO SALMON
1 large salmon filet
1 Jar Emily G’s Mango Tango
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Place salmon on a foil-lined pan with extra foil to
cover. Season with salt and pepper. Baste salmon with 1/2 c. Mango
Tango and cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes or until salmon reaches
desired doneness. Remove salmon from oven and preheat broiler.
Remove foil and brush with additional 3 T. Mango Tango. Broil on low
for 3-5 minutes.
