TASTE THE LOVE

 

Emily G’s Filet
4 Grilled Filets or any cut grilled to desired temperature
2 cups mushrooms
1/3 cup Blue Cheese
1t olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
1/3 cup Emily G’s Red Zinfandel Jam or Cabernet Sauvignon Jam
 Put steaks on the grill. In a sauté pan toss in mushrooms, garlic , olive oil and red zinfandel jam  or Cabernet Jam and sauté about 10 mintues. Pull steaks off the grill, pour mushroom mixture over steaks and sprinkle blue cheese on top. Enjoy!
