TASTE THE LOVE

 

 

Dessert Sauce or Breakfast Sauce
 
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Emily G’s Jam
 
In a small sauce pan, bring sugar and water to a boil, turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Pour jam into a separate bowl. While whisking jam, pour sugar/water mixture into bowl until you reach desired consistency. Cool to room temperature and pour over your favorite ice cream or  cheesecake.
