| _ c. of Emily G’s Strawberry Jam | 1 c. whipped cream |
| 8 graham crackers | _ c. chocolate chips |
| 1lb fresh strawberries sliced | 2 c. Ricotta cheese |
| _ c. butter |
Begin by layering half the ricotta cheese mixture in a glass trifle bowl (You could also do individual desserts in martini glasses for fun). Next add half the graham cracker mixture and then a layer half of the strawberry slices. Drizzle half of the jam. Repeat. Finally, top the with whipped cream. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
