Bold Blue Cuban Sandwich

1 loaf French bread
1/2 pound baked ham, thinly sliced
1/2 pound roast pork, thinly sliced
¼ cup Emily G’s Bold Blue Jam
1 small wheel of Brie cheese (rind trimmed and sliced)

Slice the bread in half lengthwise. Spread one half with Emily G’s Bold Blue jam. Layer the ham, roast and Brie cheese on 1 half of the bread. Top with the other bread half. Place the loaf on a pan and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut the loaf to make 4 sandwiches. Enjoy!
