TASTE THE LOVE

 

 Blueberry Tiramisu

 
 
1 package of Ladyfingers (or use pound cake)
1 jar Emily G’s Blueberry Jam, warmed in microwave
4 c. whipping cream
2 c. fresh blueberries
 
 
Cut ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Fill the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with ½ the ladyfingers. Cover the ladyfingers with half the jam. Spread half the whipped cream on top of the blueberry jam. Place the rest of ladyfingers on top, and cover with blueberry jam and then whipped cream. Sprinkle top with the fresh blueberries. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
