Q. Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds, or returns. At Emily G's, we stand by our products. If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us by email for a replacement.

All of our products are guaranteed and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment.
